Wellbeing · Leadership · AI & change

Your people aren’t a template. Neither is our work.

We build healthier, more resilient workplaces, and we bring people through change, including AI. Every workshop, program and strategy starts with where you are today, not where a playbook says you should be.

No cookie-cutter

We meet you where you are, and build what your people actually need.

Every organization is different. So is every team, every moment of change and every definition of wellbeing. We don’t arrive with a packaged program. We arrive with questions, and we design the work around your answers.

01

Listen first

We start with your people, your culture and what’s really in the way. Then we recommend.

02

Design around you

A single workshop or a multi-year strategy. The format follows your goals, your people and your timeline.

03

Build it to last

We leave your leaders and teams able to carry the work forward without us.

People and technology

AI changes how work gets done. People decide whether it works.

We don’t push AI for AI’s sake. We help you find the right tool for the right job, whether that’s AI, automation, machine learning or a smarter process, and we teach your people to use it with confidence.

On their own, people and AI are powerful. Together, they’re unstoppable. We teach organizations how to make that happen.

The people side · Carrie

The technology side · Charlie

AI strategy, adoption and the future of work

What the tools are, which ones are proven, what’s on the frontier, and how to think big about where they can take your organization. We teach your people to use them, and we guide you along the way.

AI & the future of work

Strategy & the art of the possible

What’s proven, what’s frontier, and what’s right for you. Sometimes that’s AI. Sometimes it’s automation, machine learning or a better process. We help you choose, and build a roadmap leaders can act on.

Adoption & change management

New tools only matter if people use them. We build the communication, buy-in and support that turn a rollout into a new way of working.

Copilot & AI fluency training

Hands-on sessions where your teams learn to prompt, build Copilot agents, set up workflows and scheduled tasks, and think with the tools, not just click them.

Humans and AI, working together

How roles, teams and jobs change as AI takes on more, and how to lead people through it so the organization moves forward with them, not without them.

The license and the gear

We point you to the right tools, platforms and apps, and help you set the governance and work with your IT team so adoption is safe and lasting. Your teams own the build. We guide along the way.

Carrie gave a fabulous keynote presentation at our national conference! It truly met the brief: it met our members where they were, offered tangible advice, and affirmed that what they are doing IS hard. We received really positive feedback from our attendees. Carrie truly helped us set the tone we were looking for throughout our conference.

Who we are

Two founders. One belief: change only works when it works for people.

Grogan Group is a Chicago-based advisory firm founded by Carrie and Charlie Grogan, partners in work and in life. Between us, we cover the human and technical sides of change, and we bring both to every engagement.

When you work with us, you work with us. No hand-offs to junior staff, no packaged playbooks.

Carrie Grogan

Carrie Grogan is a facilitator, coach and speaker who partners with organizations to build mentally healthy, emotionally intelligent teams and leaders. Her work spans Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits, and it’s taught her that how an organization navigates change, and how its leaders show up during it, decides whether people thrive or disengage.

Before founding Grogan Group, Carrie spent four and a half years as Lead Principal, Client Services at Mind Share Partners, the national nonprofit dedicated to workplace mental health, leading engagements with organizations including Hyatt, Choice Hotels and Canadian Tire.

For Carrie, leading authentically isn’t a buzzword. It means drawing on the strengths of your people, building relationships across difference and growing even when the path is uncertain. That’s the culture she helps teams build, and models alongside them.

Co-founder & Partner · AI strategy & the future of work

Charlie Grogan

Charlie Grogan helps organizations put AI to work in ways people actually embrace. He works at the intersection of AI strategy, organizational change management and the future of work: helping leaders see what’s possible, choose the right tool for the right job, and bring their people with them.

He doesn’t push AI for its own sake. He teaches teams what the tools are, which ones are proven and what’s on the frontier, then shows them how to think big about where the technology can take the organization. His career spans hospitality, insurance, HR technology, mobility and healthcare, including years in highly regulated environments where quality and documentation matter. That range means he’s as comfortable in a room of frontline managers as with a technical team.
